On April 13-18, 2023, Mr. Denis Guittet – CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions – has visited CONVERGENCE Indonesia’s corporate offices in Jakarta & Yogyakarta.
With more than 270 million inhabitants, Indonesia is the 4th most populous country in the world and occupies a strategic position in the ASEAN region.
Together with Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Thailand, GBA is able to provide the services of the major ASEAN countries in terms of population – more than 600 million people.
As a result GBA strengthens its position in the region and becomes a key player for customers requiring BPO services in ASEAN.
