What You Will Do

  1. Working daily in Yogyakarta
  2. Provide helpdesk support to all operations team via
  3. Managing IT Assets
  4. Maintain OLA/SLA
  5. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments & Clients when required

Requirements : 

  1. Educational background in IT.
  2. Experienced in helpdesk support
  3. Experienced with ticketing system
  4. Tech-Savvy
  5. Able to work Shifting
  6. Able to join immediately is a must
  7. Good command of English
  8. Attractive and persuasive.
  9. Easy communicate.
  10. Agile and adaptive with startup environment.
  11. Willing to work overtime when necessary
